Dr. Jimeka Holloway is a distinguished scholar, leader, and advocate for equity and inclusion. Dr. Holloway’s work centers on creating sustainable change in diverse communities through innovative approaches and strategic leadership.
Dr. Jimeka has extensive experience in academia, data analysis, nonprofit leadership, and consulting. She currently leads Mission Increase in Northeast Ohio to empower Christian ministries with training, resources, and support to help them grow and increase their impact. In her data analysis work, she specializes in uncovering hidden patterns and opportunities through mixed-methods research, including focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and quantitative analysis.
Dr. Jimeka also applies her research through social entrepreneurship. She is the founder of Trifyre, an artist collective and social enterprise that empowers underrepresented voices by providing a platform for creative expression and collaboration.
